The Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-enterprises, Noureddine Ouadah, is participating in the ninth edition of the African Business Forum (ABF 2026), held in the Ethiopian city of Addis Ababa.
The forum is taking place from February 16 to 17, 2026, under the theme “Financing Africa’s Future: Jobs and Innovation for a Sustainable Transformation.”
