Civil Protection services recovered the body of a 60-year-old man at Djenane El Bey beach in the municipality of Seraïdi, Annaba province.
According to the same services, the body of the victim, a fisherman, was found, recovered, and transferred to the morgue at the local hospital.
Civil Protection services had intervened at 08:01 to search for an amateur fisherman missing at sea at Djenane El Bey beach, in the Seraïdi municipality and Annaba district.
For this operation, Civil Protection deployed a semi-rigid boat, a diving team, a rescue truck, and an ambulance.
