Ministry of Post: Launch of “Insat” Portal to Handle Citizen Complaints

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications announced on Monday the creation of the “Insat” portal, dedicated to handling citizen petitions and receiving their complaints and suggestions regarding postal and electronic communications services.

The statement highlighted that the goal of this portal is to enable citizens to submit their complaints, suggestions, and meeting requests related to postal and electronic communications services in a simple and secure manner, while ensuring they are processed within reasonable timeframes and with greater transparency.

The Ministry has also made the link https://insat.mpt.gov.dz available to citizens to enable them to benefit from these services.
