Lotfi Boujemaa, Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, received Abdulmajid bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, President of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, on Monday at the latter’s request. The meeting took place on the sidelines of his participation in a scientific seminar titled “Forensic Evidence and its Role in Combating Crime and Enhancing Criminal Justice,” organized by the university from January 19 to 21, in cooperation with the National Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology of the National Gendarmerie.
During the meeting, the current state of cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Naif Arab University for Security Sciences was reviewed. Both parties discussed mechanisms to activate and strengthen this cooperation, particularly regarding the exchange of expertise and institutional training.
Naif Arab University for Security Sciences is the scientific arm of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers of the League of Arab States. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the university specializes in higher education, scientific research, and training in security fields, serving agencies under the ministries of interior, social affairs, labor, and justice, as well as community institutions across Arab countries.
