The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Wednesday the opening of regional offices to authenticate documents intended for use abroad.
The ministry stated that these regional offices are located in the provinces of Constantine, Ouargla, and Oran.
The initiative was implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport.
