Civil Protection services intervened last night at 9:23 PM to assist a family suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning emitted from a water heater in the area known as Chaab Errassas, in the municipality and district of Constantine.
The incident resulted in the death of three people, including two females and one male, aged between 2 and 30 years old. The victims were transported to the morgue at the local hospital.
