Algerie Poste announced on Sunday the extension of the deadline for completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) form until March 31, 2026. This decision follows the positive response from customers regarding the data update process via the “ECCP” platform.
The institution explained that in an effort to provide the best conditions for completing this process comfortably, the deadline was extended to give customers sufficient time to update their information easily and securely.
Algerie Poste reaffirmed that failure to complete the process will not result in the closure or blocking of accounts, as this step is part of efforts to improve service quality and enhance customer protection.
The institution reassured customers that the declared data remains confidential and is processed according to applicable legal frameworks, while the responsibility for the accuracy of the information remains with the account holder.
