The multi-tasking units of Ain Sefra and Sfissifa, belonging to the Customs Divisional Inspectorate in Naâma, in coordination with members of the People’s National Army, foiled the smuggling of a quantity of drugs (treated hashish) estimated at 237 kilograms and 900 grams.
According to a statement from the General Directorate of Customs, the vehicle used in the smuggling operation was also seized.
This operation is part of the protective role played by Algerian Customs in combating various forms of smuggling and protecting public health.
