The security services of the People’s National Army in the Fifth Military Region managed yesterday, Monday, to dismantle the activities of a criminal group specialized in the illegal trafficking of hard drugs and foiled an attempt to distribute 49 kg and 400 grams of cocaine.
According to a statement from the Ministry of National Defense, these results achieved in the field of combating organized crime once again confirm the correctness of the approach adopted by the High Command and its determination to fight these criminal groups, as well as the vigilance of the People’s National Army units in all their components and their adaptation to all the methods and techniques that criminals have begun to adopt to flood the country with these poisons.
