The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received today at the ministry’s headquarters, Ramiro Fernández Bachiller, who presented him with copies of his credentials as the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Algeria.
