The Director General of the Local Development Bank, Mohamed Mubarak, announced the launch of the financing process for “AADL 3” housing for subscribers, including individuals who do not have personal installments or the required down payments.
The Director General explained that all “AADL 3” subscribers can visit the bank’s branches to submit financing applications, whether for three-room or four-room apartments.
This process aims to facilitate citizens’ access to the AADL housing program and enable them to acquire their homes in a flexible manner that aligns with their financial capabilities.
