On Monday, the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Loutfi Boujemaa, was received by the Qatari Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Ibrahim bin Ali bin Issa Al Hassan Al Mohannadi.
According to a ministry statement, the meeting, which was attended by Saleh Attia, Algeria’s Ambassador to Qatar, addressed the state of bilateral relations between the two countries in the legal and judicial fields, as well as the mechanisms and tools to strengthen and develop them in the future.
The Qatari minister took the opportunity to welcome the minister and his accompanying official delegation, expressing gratitude for his attendance at the first edition of the Doha Law Forum.
For his part, Loutfi Boujemaa praised the warm reception and hospitality, wishing success for the first-of-its-kind forum and hoping its outcomes would contribute to improving the legislative environment.
This meeting is part of an official visit by the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Loutfi Boujemaa, to Qatar on January 26 and 27. He is leading a high-level delegation to participate in the first edition of the Doha Law Forum, titled ‘Emerging Trends and Future Visions.’
