President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune chaired a meeting on Wednesday to evaluate the work of the committee tasked with preparing for the upcoming visit of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV to Algeria.
The Presidency of the Republic issued a statement on Wednesday evening regarding the official visit. The Pope is scheduled to visit Algeria on February 25, 2026.
