Oil prices recorded a decline on Tuesday, despite the impact of a severe winter storm on crude production and refinery operations on the U.S. Gulf Coast.
Brent crude futures fell 28 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $65.31 per barrel. Similarly, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude dropped 24 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $60.39 per barrel.
