Algérie Poste has announced the implementation of a comprehensive and exceptional system aimed at ensuring the continuity, quality, and smoothness of postal and financial services across the national territory on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to a statement from Algérie Poste, comprehensive cleaning, preparation, and maintenance operations have been initiated for all 4,407 post offices to receive customers in the best conditions, respecting their dignity and reflecting the sanctity of this holy month.
In close coordination with relevant bodies and institutions, proactive and organizational measures have been taken to ensure the availability of financial liquidity before, during, and after Ramadan, taking into account the high demand during this period and its social and economic sensitivity.
Algérie Poste has also placed 2,595 automated teller machines (ATMs) at the disposal of its customers across various provinces of the country, adopting a continuous monitoring system and immediate technical intervention to ensure the readiness of these devices and the continuity of withdrawal services at all times.
The General Directorate of Algérie Poste has issued clear and strict instructions calling on all executives and employees to mobilize all resources and enhance organization and management to ensure the provision of high-quality, easy, and accessible public service that meets customer expectations during this blessed month.
