Algérie Poste has announced the implementation of a comprehensive and exceptional plan aimed at ensuring the continuity, quality, and smoothness of postal and financial services across the national territory on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to a statement from Algérie Poste, cleaning, preparation, and comprehensive maintenance operations have been initiated for all 4,407 post offices to receive customers in the best conditions, reflecting the sanctity of the holy month.
In close coordination with relevant bodies and institutions, proactive and organizational measures have been taken to ensure the availability of financial liquidity before, during, and after Ramadan, taking into account the high demand and the socio-economic sensitivity of this period.
Algérie Poste has also placed 2,595 automated teller machines (ATMs) at the disposal of its customers across various provinces, with the adoption of a continuous monitoring and immediate technical intervention system to ensure the readiness of these devices and the continuity of withdrawal services at all times.
The General Directorate of Algérie Poste has issued clear and strict instructions calling on all executives and employees to mobilize all resources and enhance organization and management to ensure the provision of high-quality, accessible public service that meets customer expectations during this holy month.
