The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, presided over the launch of the national model for intellectual property policy for sector institutions on Thursday at the ministry’s headquarters.
In his address, Baddari explained that the model is structured according to the intellectual protection code and covers two primary areas: industrial property, which will be coordinated with the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property, and literary and artistic property, which will be coordinated with the National Office of Copyright and Related Rights (ONDA).
