Detachments of the People’s National Army eliminated two terrorists and recovered two Kalashnikov-type submachine guns and a quantity of ammunition.
According to a statement from the Ministry of National Defense, the terrorists were eliminated following a search and sweep operation in the Zeddine forest, within the Ain Defla military sector of the First Military Region.
This operation, which is still ongoing, confirms the vigilance and determination of the People’s National Army forces to track down the remnants of these criminals until their final elimination and to ensure security and tranquility throughout the national territory, especially during this holy month, the statement added.
