Death toll of Tebessa operation rises to 7 terrorists including two “emirs”

Detachments of the People’s National Army killed three additional terrorists on Friday within the Tebessa military sector. According to a statement from the Ministry of National Defense, the operation resulted in the recovery of three Kalashnikov-type submachine guns, bringing the total toll to seven terrorists, including two “emirs” identified as Younes Saleh and Haddad Bilal. A total of seven Kalashnikov submachine guns, a significant amount of ammunition, and other items were seized.

The same statement confirmed that three soldiers were martyred following the clash with this terrorist group.

Following this loss, General Saïd Chengriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the martyrs on behalf of himself and all personnel of the People’s National Army, praying for God’s mercy upon them during this holy month and for strength and patience for their families.
