Algeria’s FM Attaf Invited for Official Visit to Pakistan After High-Level Talks in Turkey

Algeria’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Turkey.

The meeting, exclusively confirmed to dzwatch, provided a platform to review the distinguished ties between Algeria and Pakistan, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to elevating bilateral cooperation to new heights.

During the discussions, Minister Attaf received a formal invitation from his Pakistani counterpart to conduct an official visit to Islamabad in the near future.

The two ministers also exchanged views on the evolving situation across the Middle East and the Arab Gulf region. Attaf praised Pakistan’s mediation efforts aimed at achieving ceasefire agreements among the parties involved in regional conflicts.

Both sides expressed hope that these ongoing good-faith efforts would ultimately yield lasting solutions to existing disputes, ensuring durable peace and stability across the region.
