Hajj 2026: Air Algérie Declares Full Readiness, First Flights Depart April 29

Air Algérie has announced the completion of all logistical preparations to transport Algerian pilgrims to the Holy Land for the 1447H/2026 Hajj season, reaffirming the Algerian state’s unwavering commitment to pilgrim comfort and safety.

12 Airports, Nationwide Coverage

Flights to Saudi Arabia will commence on April 29, 2026, with return flights scheduled from June 1, 2026. To ease travel burdens, operations will be handled across 12 national airports covering all regions of the country.

Over 41,000 Pilgrims to Be Transported

In partnership with Saudi Airlines and Nas Air, the program includes 176 international flights transporting approximately 41,300 pilgrims. Air Algérie will independently operate 88 flights — exactly 50% of the total program.

24/7 Support Line

Coordinated with the National Hajj and Umrah Office, Air Algérie has activated an international green line (+9668008500585), available around the clock to assist pilgrims and their families throughout the holy season.
