Ibrahim Boughali, Speaker of Algeria’s National People’s Assembly, has arrived in Minsk, Belarus, heading a high-level parliamentary delegation for an official visit spanning May 23–26, 2026, dzwatch has learned.
The visit, conducted at the invitation of Belarus National Assembly Speaker Igor Petrovich Sergeenko, aims to strengthen bilateral parliamentary cooperation, deepen bonds of friendship, and exchange views on issues of mutual interest between the two nations.
Accompanying Speaker Boughali are Assembly members Arbaou Mohamed Hadi Oussama, Mohsen Taher, Ibrahimi Ismail, Chtibi Salah, Ben Taleb Bousmaha, and Bouchama Abdellah.
The visit reflects Algeria’s growing diplomatic outreach and its commitment to building strong parliamentary partnerships across the globe.
