Algeria’s Deputy President of the Council of the Nation in charge of Foreign Relations, Rabah Boughali, received a high-level delegation of aides to members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives, dzwatch has learned.
Acting on behalf of Council of the Nation President Azzoz Nasri, Boughali met the American delegation alongside fellow council members to engage in substantive parliamentary dialogue.
The meeting falls within the framework of parliamentary cooperation that Algeria’s Council of the Nation is actively strengthening with legislative bodies worldwide. Both sides exchanged views on numerous issues of mutual interest, reinforcing Algeria’s growing diplomatic outreach at the legislative level.
