Algeria’s National People’s Assembly Speaker Ibrahim Bougali and his Belarusian counterpart, Igor Petrovich Sergenko, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, signed a parliamentary cooperation memorandum Monday in the capital Minsk.
The agreement, exclusively confirmed to dzwatch, encompasses a range of parliamentary cooperation mechanisms, including the activation of parliamentary friendship groups and the organization of joint training sessions and seminars.
The memorandum also facilitates the exchange of information and expertise in legislation, parliamentary oversight, and administrative management — strengthening institutional performance and deepening the partnership between the two nations.
