Egyptian club Zamalek has won the CAF Confederation Cup for the second time in its history after defeating Morocco’s RS Berkane 1-0 in the second leg of the final on Sunday.
Ahmed Hamdi scored the winning goal for Zamalek in the 73rd minute of the match.
The first leg ended with a 2-1 victory for RS Berkane, allowing Zamalek to clinch the title based on the away goals rule.
It is worth noting that Zamalek first won the title in 2019.
