Authorities Mobilize Full Resources to Assist Victims of Constantine Bus Accident

Local authorities in Constantine Province have deployed all available human and material resources to care for victims of the road accident that occurred morning in the municipality of Ibn Ziad, according to a statement from the Ministry of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport.

The incident involved a workers’ bus that veered off the road and fell into a slope, resulting in six fatalities and leaving 22 others injured with varying degrees of severity.

Following the accident, emergency services intervened immediately, ensuring rapid response and the mobilization of all necessary means to assist the injured.

The statement added that officials closely monitored the conditions of the victims at Ibn Badis University Hospital, where instructions were issued to provide comprehensive medical and psychological care until their full recovery.

Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring optimal care for those affected, highlighting the swift coordination between local services to manage the aftermath of the accident and support the victims and their families.
