The Secretary-General of the National Liberation Front (FLN), Abdelkarim Ben Mebarek, reaffirmed the FLN’s commitment to spearheading the upcoming presidential election campaign.
In his speech during a study day on “Party Discipline for the Ethics of Political Life” held at the party headquarters, Ben Mebarek stated that “the current presidential elections are unlike previous ones and have a different flavor,” highlighting that his party is working to eliminate voter apathy.
He further emphasized that efforts are underway to restore the party’s position and leadership, saying, “We will cooperate to regain the FLN’s leadership and shine, and we will close the door to thieves and corrupt individuals.”
Ben Mebarek added, “Certain individuals infiltrated the FLN, tampered with the party, destroyed its structure, and forced its members out through narrow doors. A party without discipline is not a party, and the FLN has always been a school of respect and exchange of opinions and ideas.”
