Algiers – The General Directorate of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development “AADL” launched the digital platform for the 2024 rental-purchase program “AADL 3” on Thursday in Algiers. Registration on this platform will commence on Friday at 9 PM.
This platform, accessible via a website and an electronic application, was launched during a press conference about the “AADL 3” program, presented by the General Director of “AADL,” Fouad Makrani, and the Assistant General Director in charge of subscriptions and documentation, Fawzi Jarmouni.
Interested individuals can access the digital platform through the following link: aadl3inscription2024.dz, where they can also download the electronic application for smartphones running either Android (Play Store) or iOS (Apple Store). Registration is available both via the website and the application.
Mr. Makrani emphasized that “the platform’s website will be operational 24 hours before the registration opens, allowing interested individuals to familiarize themselves with the site and download the application if they prefer to register via the app.”
Regarding the registration process, the General Director assured that it is “simple and straightforward,” allowing applicants to complete the process from their computer or mobile phone, wherever they may be.
For those registering via computer, the Assistant General Director explained that they need to access the platform through the provided link, select their wilaya (province), enter their national identification number, social security number, and mobile phone number, then input the CAPTCHA verification code and confirm their details to complete the registration.
For registration via the “AADL 3” application, users should download the app from the platform’s website, click on the registration tab, read and agree to the terms displayed on the subsequent page, and then proceed to select their wilaya, enter their national identification number and social security number, or alternatively, use the feature to scan their biometric ID card and health insurance card. After entering their mobile phone number and CAPTCHA code, they must confirm their details to complete the registration. A fixed phone number will then be displayed, which the applicant must call within 24 hours to verify their registration.
Mr. Jarmouni noted that the final step in the registration process via the application is to review and download the registration form.
The General Director of “AADL” emphasized the importance of using the applicant’s personal mobile phone number for registration, as one phone number cannot be used for multiple registrations.
He also highlighted that the agency is technically ready for the “AADL 3” registration process, having put in place all necessary resources to ensure its success.
