Algerian Foreign Minister Holds Bilateral Meetings with Arab and Islamic Counterparts

Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral meetings with several of his counterparts from Arab and Islamic countries. These meetings took place on the sidelines of his participation in the OIC Ministerial Meeting in Jeddah.

Minister Attaf met with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Pakistani Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani, and Somali Foreign Minister Ahmed Malim Fiqhi. The discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations and preparing for future cooperative initiatives between Algeria and these brotherly and friendly countries.

Additionally, Minister Ahmed Attaf extensively discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian cause and the repercussions of the escalation policies imposed by the Israeli entity in the Middle East. He reiterated Algeria’s steadfast positions and its ongoing commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause through its role in the UN Security Council and various regional and international platforms.
