CONECT International, Algerian Patronage Plan Algiers Partnership Talks

A Tunisian economic delegation is scheduled to visit Algiers from September 22 to 24, 2026, as part of a mission organized by CONECT International in partnership with the Algerian Citizen Patronage Confederation. The primary objectives of this initiative are to strengthen corporate relations between the two nations and to identify new avenues for cooperation and partnership. This mission underscores ongoing efforts to intensify Tunisian-Algerian economic collaboration, particularly within the private sector, following the signing of a memorandum of understanding in May 2026 in Tunis between the two organizing bodies.
The three-day program in Algiers is set to include bilateral business meetings between Tunisian and Algerian companies, dedicated networking sessions, and field visits to various Algerian enterprises. These engagements are designed to enable Tunisian operators to gain insights into the requirements of the Algerian market and to explore potential developments for commercial and investment partnerships, fostering deeper economic integration and mutual growth.
Targeted sectors for collaboration encompass a wide range, including manufacturing, international trade, agriculture and agri-food industries, construction materials, health and pharmaceutical industries, renewable energies and energy transition, transport and logistics, business consulting and services, and digital innovation. This broad approach is aimed at expanding and consolidating the Tunisian-Algerian economic partnership, reflecting a shared interest among economic operators in both countries to enhance trade and forge new strategic alliances, ultimately promoting bilateral exchanges and investments.
