President Tebboune Highlights the Significance of North Constantine Attacks and the Soummam Congress

On the eve of National Mujahid Day, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune emphasized the importance of the dual commemoration of the North Constantine Attacks (August 20, 1955) and the Soummam Congress (August 20, 1956) in the history of Algeria’s struggle for independence.

In his message, President Tebboune reflected on these pivotal events, noting that the North Constantine Attacks dealt a significant blow to the colonial forces, demonstrating the unwavering resolve of the Algerian people and their commitment to the liberation struggle. He praised the bravery and sacrifices of those who fought, highlighting how their courage boosted the morale of the National Liberation Army.
