Higher Education Minister Opens 2026-2027 Academic Year
The 2026-2027 academic year in Algeria officially began on the morning of September 22, 2026, with nationwide significance. The official opening ceremony, held at Hassiba Ben Bouali University in Chlef, specifically at the Faculty of Foreign Languages within the Ouled Fares university pole, was overseen remotely by Professor Kamal Bedari, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, from Jijel University.
