On Tuesday, General Said Chengriha, Chief of Staff of the Algerian People’s National Army, began an official visit to Italy.
According to a statement from the Algerian Ministry of National Defense, this visit comes at the invitation of Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, Chief of the Italian Defense Staff. The statement emphasized that the visit aims to strengthen cooperation between the Algerian People’s National Army and the Italian Armed Forces.
During the visit, the two military leaders are expected to discuss various topics of mutual interest to both nations, focusing on areas of security and defense collaboration.
