Gaza – Palestinian medical sources reported today that the death toll in Gaza has climbed to 43,603, with the majority of casualties being children and women, following the ongoing Israeli military offensive that began on October 7, 2023.
The same sources indicated that the number of injuries has surged to 102,929, while thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble. In the past 24 hours alone, Israeli forces have carried out three separate massacres, resulting in 51 Palestinian deaths and 164 injuries.
An earlier report had documented 43,552 deaths and 102,765 injuries since the assault began last October.
