On Saturday, the Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, conducted an inspection visit to the construction site of the new Ministry of Housing headquarters. The visit was attended by representatives from the project’s design office and the construction company.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Housing, the minister began by inspecting the main meeting hall and a secondary conference room located on the third floor. He then toured the main atrium before proceeding to the twin towers, where he reviewed various offices and wings of the building.
The inspection also included a visit to the upper floors, where the observation deck—reported to be progressing well—was highlighted as a key feature of the project.
Minister Belaribi concluded his visit by assessing the pace of work on the external landscaping. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the current level of productivity to ensure the project is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
This visit underscores the government’s commitment to delivering modern infrastructure for its institutions, reflecting Algeria’s broader development agenda.
