Gaza – On Sunday, 10 Palestinians were martyred, and several others were injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting central and southern Gaza.
According to medical sources, the Israeli forces targeted a house and several areas in the Nuseirat Refugee Camp in central Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of 9 Palestinians and injuries to others, including women and children. Around 20 people were reported injured in nearby homes struck by the blast.
The Al-Awda Hospital reported the arrival of several casualties, most of them women and children, following artillery shelling by Israeli forces in the New Camp area northwest of Nuseirat.
In a separate attack, a Palestinian was martyred, and others were injured by an Israeli drone strike in the Qizan Raswan area, south of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. Additionally, Israeli artillery targeted the town of Khuzaa, east of Khan Younis.
The Gaza Ministry of Health announced that the total toll from Israel’s assault on Gaza has now risen to 45,514 martyrs and 108,189 injuries, with the majority of the casualties being women and children, since the aggression began on October 7, 2023.
