Algiers – Algeria Post announced on Friday the official launch of a new pilot system for working hours in seven model post offices across the country, starting Saturday, October 4, 2025.
According to the institution’s statement, the selected offices will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., six days a week. This initiative will be closely monitored to ensure high standards of customer service, quality performance, and smooth operations, with specific measures implemented to guarantee service continuity.
Algeria Post reaffirmed its commitment to modernization and innovation, emphasizing its dedication to providing citizens and clients with better-quality services and actively contributing to national development.
The model offices included in this pilot phase are located in:
- Tamanrasset (Main Branch)
- Setif (Aïn Azel)
- El Bayadh (Bouktoub)
- Tlemcen (Keraz)
- Oran (Arzew)
- Batna (Aïn Touta)
- Naâma (Assla)
