President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received today, Monday, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Bassiri, who handed him a message from His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The meeting was attended by Boualem Boualem, Director of the Presidency’s Office, and Ammar Oba, Advisor to the President for Diplomatic Affairs.
This reception reflects the strong and continued diplomatic relations between Algeria and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing Algeria’s strategic partnerships within the region. The communications between the leaders underscore Algeria’s leading role and firm stance on regional issues, including steadfast support for the Sahrawi cause against Moroccan occupation schemes, reaffirming solidarity with the Western Sahara people in the face of external attempts at destabilization.
