President Receives Congratulations from Vietnamese Counterpart

Algiers – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has received congratulations from the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mr. Vo Van Thuong, on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious War of Liberation.
