President Tharman Shanmugaratnam of Singapore also conveyed his congratulations, acknowledging Algeria’s progress and contributions to regional stability. President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus joined the chorus of support, emphasizing the historical bonds and shared interests between Algeria and Belarus as the nation celebrates 71 years since its liberation.
