Saudi Arabia – Algerian athletes have demonstrated exceptional performance at the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games, currently underway in Saudi Arabia, securing three bronze medals in Karate and Table Tennis.
In Karate, Chaima Oudira clinched a bronze medal in the 68kg weight category. Her outstanding performance allowed her to ascend the podium, reaffirming the high level achieved by Algerian women’s Karate on the international stage.
Similarly, Anis Ayoub Hallassa continued his impressive run, also securing a bronze medal after a challenging journey. This achievement adds another accomplishment to Algeria’s record in the Games.
In Table Tennis, the Algerian men’s doubles team secured a well-deserved bronze medal after defeating their Qatari counterparts 3-0 in the quarter-finals, confidently advancing to the semi-finals with exceptional skill.
