Algiers – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Bedari, presided over a ceremony this Sunday morning to honor Mokhtar Bouazza, the creator of the ‘Gardens of Babylon’ project. Bouazza was recently awarded the prestigious prize for the best youth initiative in Mediterranean entrepreneurship at a competition held in Palermo, Italy.
The event, held at the Ministry headquarters, was attended by the official in charge of managing the affairs of the University of Mascara, as well as the director of the business incubator at the same university.
