The National Maritime Passenger Transport Corporation has announced revisions to its ferry schedules due to anticipated adverse weather conditions over the coming weekend. These changes affect several routes and vessels.
The Oran to Alicante voyage, originally scheduled for November 20, 2025, aboard the El Djazair II, has been moved forward to November 19, 2025, departing at 6:00 PM. Similarly, the Alicante to Oran trip, initially planned for November 21, 2025, on the same vessel, will now take place on November 20, 2025, also at 6:00 PM.
Significant delays are also expected on other routes. The Marseille to Skikda sailing, previously set for November 20, 2025, aboard the Tassili II, has been postponed to November 24, 2025, with a departure time of 12:00 PM. The return journey from Skikda to Marseille, initially slated for November 21, 2025, on the Tassili II, is now rescheduled for November 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
Further disruptions include the Marseille to Algiers route. The trip scheduled for November 19, 2025, aboard the El Djazair II, has been delayed to November 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM, and will now be serviced by the Badji Mokhtar III. The corresponding Algiers to Marseille voyage, originally planned for November 20, 2025, on the El Djazair II, is now moved to November 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM, also utilizing the Badji Mokhtar III.
The Corporation has issued an apology for any inconvenience these schedule adjustments may cause. They express hope that passengers will continue to have a pleasant experience aboard their vessels despite the changes. Passengers are strongly advised to confirm their revised departure times.
