Jazzy and Algerian Water Company Forge Partnership Agreement

Algiers, November 19, 2025 – Jazzy, a leading telecommunications provider, and the Algerian Water Company (ADE) have officially signed an implementation contract, solidifying their partnership agreement initially established in May. The agreement aims to enhance communication infrastructure and service delivery for the benefit of Algerian citizens.

The signing ceremony, attended by key officials from both organizations, saw Boumediene Snoussi, Director General of Jazzy, and Mustapha Rerrik, Director General of ADE, formalize the agreement. This three-year contract focuses on providing advanced and secure technological solutions for ADE’s contact center, which serves numerous provinces across the country.

Beyond the technological upgrade, Jazzy will provide comprehensive support to ADE’s teams through continuous technical assistance. This includes dedicated after-sales service designed to guarantee uninterrupted service and optimal performance of the new systems.

A crucial aspect of the agreement involves Jazzy providing comprehensive data hosting on its private cloud infrastructure.
