President Tebboune Launches Major Housing Project in Constantine

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune today laid the foundation stone for a significant housing project in Constantine. The project, comprising 8,050 units under the AADL 3 (Agence d’Amélioration et de Développement du Logement) rent-to-own scheme, is located in the new urban center of Sissaoui.

During the ceremony, President Tebboune reviewed a presentation detailing the modernization plan for Constantine’s historic city center. He also received updates on ongoing development projects and a comprehensive overview of the local housing sector, including its digitization efforts.

The AADL program is a key component of the government’s strategy to address the country’s housing needs, offering affordable housing solutions to a wide segment of the population. The AADL 3 initiative aims to further expand access to homeownership through favorable rent-to-own terms.
