Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Lotfi Boujemaa, is participating in the Second International Judicial Conference being held in Riyadh on Sunday and Monday, November 23rd and 24th, 2025.
According to a statement released by the Ministry of Justice, Minister Boujemaa’s participation follows an invitation from Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, the Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The conference brings together a distinguished group of experts, specialists, and researchers in judicial affairs from across the globe. The focus of the discussions will be on developing legislative frameworks and their role in enhancing judicial quality. Participants will also explore the evolution of judicial procedures and their impact on safeguarding judicial integrity.
Key topics to be addressed include: the study of judicial quality standards and their measurement indicators; achieving quality in alternative dispute resolution methods; the role of the legal profession in ensuring judicial quality; and digital transformation as a means of elevating judicial standards. Furthermore, the conference will delve into modern mechanisms for judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters.
The International Judicial Conference aims to foster the exchange of expertise in the realm of judicial quality through the establishment of partnerships, the enhancement of human resource efficiency in the field, and capacity building. It also provides a platform to discuss the challenges confronting the judicial sector in its entirety, specifically in the area of judicial quality, and to explore potential solutions.
