Biskra, Algeria – November 23, 2025 – A fatal traffic accident in the Biskra province has resulted in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to four others. The collision occurred early this morning, prompting a swift response from local emergency services.
According to a statement released by the Civil Protection services, the accident took place at approximately 3:47 AM local time. The incident involved a head-on collision between two vehicles on National Route 46, near the entrance to the livestock market in the municipality of Foughala.
The impact of the crash resulted in the immediate death of three men, whose ages ranged from 36 to 73 years old. Their bodies have been transported to the morgue for further procedures. Additionally, four other individuals sustained various injuries ranging in severity. The injured, aged between 19 and 26, received on-site first aid before being transported to a local hospital for further medical treatment.
