Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated he had a “very good” phone conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday. The discussion reportedly included the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
Trump, posting on his platform Truth Social, indicated that he accepted Xi’s invitation to visit China in April. He also mentioned that Xi is expected to visit the United States later in the year.
The former president lauded the “very strong” relationship between the United States and China following the call with his Chinese counterpart.
