Algiers, Algeria – MC Alger’s administration has announced the safe release of supporters who were temporarily stranded in Rwanda following the team’s match against Al-Hilal of Sudan. The club moved swiftly to address the situation and ensure the fans’ well-being.
In an official statement released today, MC Alger expressed its gratitude to the Algerian Embassy in Rwanda, particularly Ambassador Mohamed Mellah, for their prompt and effective assistance. The statement emphasized the Ambassador’s personal involvement in resolving the matter, as he reportedly visited the locations where the supporters were staying and closely monitored the situation until its resolution.
The club also acknowledged the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Sports and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in expediting the return of the fans. According to the statement, arrangements have been made to facilitate the immediate return of four supporters to Algeria.

The club reiterated its commitment to its fanbase, emphasizing the importance of their well-being.
