Luanda – United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has expressed his hope for the resumption of serious negotiations between the parties involved in the Western Sahara dispute. Guterres announced that his Personal Envoy for Western Sahara, Staffan de Mistura, intends to engage with all relevant parties in the conflict.
